LungbloomIn the app
- Open Lungbloom and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Your account and its data are erased from our server at once.
If you can’t use the app
Email privacy@lungbloom.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my Lungbloom account”. We handle the request within 30 days.
What is deleted at once
- Your account and email address
- Your nickname and profile photo
- The backup of your progress
- Buddy links and the progress card you shared
- Cheers you sent or received
- The progress numbers for the weekly email
- Sign-in codes and sessions
What is kept
- Nothing in our database.
- Our email service keeps delivery logs (recipient, subject, status) of emails we sent you for a limited time.
- Database backups kept for disaster recovery are overwritten within 14 days.
- An address left on the website waitlist is separate from the account. To remove it, email us the same way.
Data on your phone stays until you remove it: Settings → Delete all data, or uninstall the app.
